Our Guarantee Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@nookglow.shop with:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return
- Photos if the item is damaged or defective
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
